Account Supervisor Alan Ashby once made a layup in the highest court of the land (no, we’re not talking about the Q!). He sunk a shot in the Supreme Court building’s gym when he was interning at the Smithsonian, and Alan’s been on top of his game ever since. With two decades of communications experience under his belt – including coordinating media relations for several March Madness events – Alan specializes in developing integrated marketing campaigns that command attention. He has a special interest in corporate fundraising and university advancement, though he does love supporting his client the Akron Marathon any way he can (and running around almost as much as the athletes!) each year during the race series. With a rare mix of passion and ease, Alan is motivated most by doing right by the client – even if it means pushing the budget a little. Just ask Lorain Public Library System about how Alan challenged it to turn its annual report into an animated storytelling adventure. His competitive streak drives him to stay ahead of trends, but his integrity inspires him to steer his clients in the most on-brand directions. These same traits make him a kick-butt coach for his daughters’ soccer teams.
