Years of growth and the desire to elevate overall creative product have led WhiteSpace Creative to promote current Associate Creative Director Eric Jacobs to creative director. Jacobs has been in the advertising industry for more than 20 years in different capacities and has serviced several major brands including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Clinic, Sherwin-Williams and Target.
Always striving to engage audiences in dynamic, unique and meaningful ways, Jacobs possesses a strong creative portfolio that represents a diverse range of visual styles and tones utilizing the latest creative software and industry trends. Most importantly, he partners with agency leaders to refine and communicate WhiteSpace’s creative vision, philosophy and principles.

Jacobs’ new responsibilities also include the day-to-day functions of interacting with clients, the account staff and the creative team to help transition WhiteSpace’s strategic marketing plans into big ideas.
Jacobs is a graduate of The University of Akron, and earned a BFA with honors in graphic design. He is a member of the Akron chapter of the American Advertising Federation and Christian Leadership Concepts. He has been published in several leading design journals including: Print, US Ad Review, The One Club and Archive. He has received several Gold ADDY® awards from the American Advertising Federation, including three national Golds and a Best of Show.
His vast experience includes a position as the top creative talent at Wild Boy in Massillon, Ohio; creative director at Akron’s EMG Interactive; and art director at both Point to Point Communications and Liggett Stashower of Cleveland. Read Jacobs' full biography.
