According to Receptionist Elise Gaffney, every room in her home has at least four houseplants. We’re not surprised – this green thumb has not only resurrected our pitiful office plants, but she has also helped breathe life into our entire 65,000-square-foot office space. Mellow, empathetic and genuine, Elise offers a friendly face at the front door and a helpful voice on the end of the phone line. However, she’s also über meticulous and maintains archives, coordinates events, ensures equipment operation and organizes opportunities to give back. Elise is always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s with competitor research, Instagram pics or proofreading. Despite being so darn inviting behind that front desk, she’s happiest behind the lens, honing her craft as a fine art photographer. In fact, Elise’s work received the first annual Akron Art Prize. She claims Akron is her muse… anyone else see a historic-factory-turned-agency photo exploration in Elise’s future?
