Sharon Griffiths likens her role to that of a lighting director in a stage production. Busy behind the scenes, she perfects the details that no one notices but everyone sees. In terms of art direction, those details include figuring out how to elevate a concept, the best ways to utilize a budget and the right internal resources to execute a big idea. While Sharon has a deep appreciation for integrated campaign strategy and is always up for researching web trends, she is most passionate about all things print. She plays a key role in mentoring junior designers on the nuances in visual communication that come from paper selection, die cuts, coatings, embossings and inks. Having transitioned from a WhiteSpace intern to a graphic designer to an art director and production manager. Sharon has a full understanding of the life cycle of a project and embraces our “whatever it takes” mentality. Outside of work, you can find our favorite “stage hand” at the theatre – in the audience with her kids, that is. Sharon loves planning unique family adventures.
