Blind & Sons excels at keeping its customers – and their homes – comfy and safe. Unfortunately its mishmash of marketing materials and messaging strategies was delivering a less-than-awesome brand experience. After an in-depth brand audit, WhiteSpace recommended bringing an existing house illustration to life, complete with a name (Homer, of course!), voice and host of helpful homeowner tips. In addition to adding warmth and personality, this totes adorbs brand mascot has become a consistent element that visually unifies the brand message and makes customers feel more at home.
