Software solutions provider OEC® wanted to use its status as a top five Northeast Ohio tech company, along with its killer culture, to recruit new talent. Just two teeny glitches – no one knew OEC was a tech company and the target demographic was made up of those tricky, undefined Gen X and Y peeps. How did we help attract 30-something techies? By speaking their language. Literally. WhiteSpace developed an integrated campaign that used an equation format and slang terms to communicate how a career at OEC adds up to, well, awesomesauce.
