Matt LabykGraphic Designer

At first glance, Graphic Designer Matt Labyk may seem like he’s just the token hipster that amps up our agency cred. But this flannel-wearing, antique-collecting hand-drawn type enthusiast is a big ball of genuine creativity, unique thinking and highly developed visual communication skills – though his love of analog has led to some pretty cool screen-printing and letterpress projects both for clients and WhiteSpace. When approached with a challenge, Matt is a rapid-fire concept generator who steamrolls his exhaustive research and inspiration gathering into effective solutions. He can work his way through Adobe Creative Suite like a champ, but his real gift is illustration. Matt’s (incredibly distinctive and brand-appropriate) doodles have found their way onto everything from soapbox derby cars to high-end invitations. They’ve also resulted in an international Platinum Hermes Creative Award and multiple Gold ADDY® awards. When he’s not connecting brands with people through visual storytelling, Matt enjoys riding his vintage motorcycle – named Sheila – and eating junk food.
